We accept all major RAW formats as well as JPEG and TIFF files. We’ll return your edited images in JPEG, or in your preferred format upon request.
Before your first order, we ask you to send 5-10 sample images that represent your desired editing style. Our retouchers study these carefully and create a style guide specific to you. We refine this with each order until it’s perfect.
Yes! Orders of 50+ photos receive a 10% discount, and orders of 100+ photos receive a 15% discount. We also offer monthly packages for photographers with consistent volume. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Accepted methods: IBAN (Sepa), MB Way (Portugal), PIX (Brazil).
You can use any cloud service you prefer (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc.) or we can provide our secure upload link. Files are transferred via encrypted connections and stored securely.
Absolutely. We never share, publish, or use your images in any way without explicit written permission. Your client work remains 100% confidential. We can sign NDAs upon request.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost. If something isn’t quite right, simply let us know and we’ll make it perfect. We’re not happy until you’re happy.
